Here we go folks, its day number one in my blogging world. I’ll be the first to admit that I’m a complete rookie in the blog game, but I’m stoked to get NW Love going. First and foremost, I’ll give a little run down on what this blog is going to be all about. I know the name Northwest Love is a pretty broad title, so here’s the scoop. I’m a very passionate young man; with things to say that possibly the world may want to hear. I love discovering new real artists/introducing people to some good unknown music. I know that it’s kind of hard to believe, but there’s still good music out there. Even with all of that garbage that’s being played on the radio these days. I also love to rant about random sport topics; whether it’s about the NFL lockout or Seattle losing the Supersonics. (Rest in Peace) I was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, and wouldn’t want it any other way. For those who live in the great state of Washington, we should all consider ourselves quite lucky. For those who say “it rains too much here”, deal with it, this is truly the greatest place on earth. I’ve been influenced by so many great people in my young life that have molded me into the man that I am today. One of my biggest “celebrity” influences is the “greatest of all time”, Mr. Muhammad Ali. If you ever take a few minutes to read some of his quotes, they’re pure power. I could read that mans quotes for days. Overall, I’ll be doing my best to introduce you all too some good music, hopefully interest you on a few topics, and possibly brighten up your day on the daily. I’ll finish this post with a classic tune to get this blog started off right. Be easy folks, and spread a little of that Northwest Love.
